Helping Communities 'Grow for Tomorrow'

Every quarter, Mindfielders spend a working day on something that has nothing to do with automation or AI. We call it Care Day. This is what it looks like.

Four days a year, we close the laptops

Care Day began with a simple observation. If community work only happens on weekends, it only happens for the people with spare weekends. So we moved it into the working year instead.

Four times a year, teams in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Bengaluru and Dehradun pick something to do and go and do it. Blood banks, orphanages, schools, aged care homes. The team chooses, not the leadership team, and everyone turns up.

It’s our way of stepping beyond the confines of our daily work to touch lives, connect with our community, and show compassion for those in need.
