What is MindTalent?

MindTalent is Mindfields’ specialist AI recruitment service. We have delivered automation and AI for large enterprises since 2006, so we know what the work involves and what it looks like when someone has done it before. We use that to work out what your role really needs, find people who fit it, and test them against the work rather than the keywords.

Every second CV now lists the same AI tools, the same certifications and the same job titles. Owning a shelf of cookbooks doesn’t make someone a cook, and listing a model framework doesn’t mean someone has put one into production.

AI job descriptions tend to grow into long lists of tools. We work with you and your stakeholders on a simpler question: what does this person need to do? You get a clear definition of the role, the level of experience it needs, and whether it suits a permanent, contract or part-time hire.

We look at what candidates have delivered, how complex it was, how they approach problems and how they would work with your stakeholders. MindHire, our AI-assisted resume evaluation tool, adds a structured comparison of each candidate against the role. Our recruiters make the call.

A short list with a written reason for each recommendation, the strengths and gaps we see, and what your technical panel should probe. Then we coordinate interviews, feedback and the offer.
